If you want to waterproof a dam which is leaking slowly. You can add polyacrylamide to the water. When the water leaks out, it takes the waterproofer into the cracks with silt and other solids and will seal those leaks.
It has a lifespan of about 8 years.
Don’t by DamIt dam sealer as it is twice as expensive.
