Dopamine

Dopamine is a hormone that makes you feel good. It is the brains reward system and will make you do what you want to achieve. It helps with learning, memory, motivation, ect.

Dopamine activates the reward pathway in the brain, leading you to desire these activities more.

Serotonin

Serotonin is the hormone that regulates your mood. It also regulates sleep, appetite, digestion, learning ability and memory.

Oxytocin

Often called the “love hormone”, oxytocin is essential for childbirth, breastfeeding, and strong parent-child bonding. It can also help promote trust, empathy, and bonding in relationships. Levels generally increase with physical affection.

Endorphins

Endorphins are a pain suppressor. It gets produced when experiencing stress or discomfort. Levels may also increase when you engage in reward-producing activities such as eating, working out or having sex.
